Service structure

Lumio-Tek provides a software platform that includes public web properties, Growth OS, and related product surfaces. Access, feature availability, and commercial scope may vary by plan, organisation, and approved operating model.

Commercial terms

Public pricing is intended as a commercial guide for standard plans. Final invoicing, procurement, enterprise commitments, and any bespoke onboarding or governance scope should be documented separately in the applicable order form or contract.

Account responsibilities

Customers are responsible for account security, user access administration, and ensuring that only authorised users operate within their organisation context. Lumio-Tek may suspend or restrict access where misuse, policy breach, or security risk is identified.

Acceptable use and platform safety

Users must not attempt to bypass tenancy boundaries, misuse integrations, interfere with security controls, or use the service for unlawful, deceptive, or harmful activity. Platform safeguards and approval controls exist to reduce risk, not to remove the need for responsible use.

Availability and changes

Lumio-Tek may improve, retire, or change parts of the service over time. No uptime commitment, service-credit promise, or compliance representation should be inferred from this page unless it has been confirmed in a signed commercial agreement.
